They are looking for a Manager, Complex Accounting who will lead technical accounting research, support complex transactions, and provide IFRS guidance across the organization. The role requires someone who can research emerging accounting issues, establish well-supported accounting positions, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

About the Opportunity





· Manage planning, process, and review of complex financial transactions and accounting issues

· Proactively implement new accounting standards

· Act as an internal technical advisor, providing guidance to business units and finance teams

· Identify accounting issues and recommend process improvements

· Coordinate audits with external auditors for various entities

· Build strong relationships across business units and finance peers

· Lead change initiatives and support process automation for reporting

· Provide leadership to the team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports

· Prioritize effectively to meet internal and external deadlines

About You

· CPA designation required
