Ready to take ownership of every shipment and keep warehouse operations running smoothly? Our client is seeking a Shipper & Receiver (Permanent Full-Time) to join their team in Mississauga, ON. As a Shipper & Receiver, you’ll play a key role in receiving, inspecting, and preparing goods for shipment—while maintaining accurate inventory records and following safety-first procedures. Job Title: Shipper & Receiver (Permanent Full-Time)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $30.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including inventory counts and discrepancy reconciliation.

What's Needed?

- 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience.
- Previous forklift experience and/or forklift certification preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs when required and perform physical tasks throughout the shift (stand, walk, bend, and lift).
