As Quality Assurance Specialist, you provide the final check before agency work reaches clients, broadcasters, media partners, or the public. You review scripts, layouts, style guides, platform specifications, legal requirements, and brand standards. Your work spans French and English content, technical delivery, accessibility details, licensing, and compliance. You also maintain the processes that help teams reduce recurring errors. Key Responsibilities:

Review video, audio, print, OOH, digital, and social deliverables Verify technical specifications, captions, subtitles, loudness,



and translations Proofread English and French copy against style guides Sign off deliverables before client, broadcaster, or media release Log errors, maintain checklists, and share root-cause trends Requirements:

Four or more years in agency or post-production QA Fluent written English and French with strong proofreading skills Knowledge of broadcast and digital delivery specifications Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, or Frame.io Exceptional attention to detail and transparent communication Bring bilingual proofreading, technical review, and disciplined quality assurance to Rethink’s creative production process across multiple deliverables.
