Lead complex infrastructure delivery at Corix through technical design and construction leadership in a flexible hybrid working workplace. Shape district energy projects across British Columbia and North America. As Senior Project Manager, you will lead Corix's largest capital projects from development through handover. The work spans project management, construction, contracts, cost control, and stakeholder alignment. You will also supervise and mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Key Responsibilities:

Lead capital projects through development, design, construction, commissioning, and handover Own project costs, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and progress payments Review consultant deliverables and provide technical project direction Lead stakeholders while resolving technical, commercial,



and regulatory conflicts Mentor project staff and support strategic initiatives Requirements:

10+ years' related engineering, project management, and construction experience Experience leading large, complex capital projects Engineering degree or equivalent engineering or construction qualification Professional Engineer registration or eligibility with a professional organization Construction management, site supervision, or building systems experience preferred Bring senior project leadership, construction expertise, and people development to Corix's low-carbon district energy portfolio.
