Lead complex shoring operations across Ontario, using deep-excavation expertise and robust field leadership on infrastructure projects. Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors daily. This experienced Shoring Superintendent leads field operations for a leading shoring and underground contractor. You will manage soldier pile and lagging, sheet piling, caissons, secant and tangent pile walls, and tieback installation. The work supports major infrastructure, transit, and tunnelling projects across Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site shoring operations across complex deep-excavation projects Manage daily work, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Interpret drawings and coordinate field changes with design engineers Oversee drilling, piling,



and crane operations to design tolerances Champion safety and maintain accurate installation documentation Requirements:

Eight-plus years in shoring, piling, foundations, or deep excavation Three-plus years as superintendent or senior foreman Hands-on knowledge of drilling rigs, pile driving, and tiebacks Strong geotechnical, drawing interpretation, and leadership skills OHSA knowledge, required training, licence, and Ontario travel willingness Apply shoring systems expertise, safety leadership, and operational coordination to major Ontario infrastructure and deep-excavation projects.
