Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our procurement and supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring vehicles that meet our operational needs while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company standards. Your expertise will drive the strategic procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and optimize inventory management to support our fleet expansion and maintenance initiatives. Duties

- Lead the sourcing process for vehicle acquisitions by identifying suitable suppliers and evaluating their offerings based on quality, price, and delivery timelines
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements aligned with procurement policies
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new supplier opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships through regular communication, performance evaluations, and contract management to foster long-term partnerships
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor communications for audit readiness




- Support procurement management efforts by implementing sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals

Qualifications

- Proven experience in procurement management within automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred
- Expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management practices
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles including logistics, inventory control, and vendor relations
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms
- Ability to analyze market data related to pricing trends and supplier performance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract administration and procurement documentation
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and negotiating with suppliers
- Able to work bilingual, can speak Cantonese/Mandarin/Korean/Farsi
