Landmark Dental Care is hiring for a Practice Lead. The Practice Lead will be responsible for the day to day operations of the practice while supporting administration and the clinical team. The goal is to keep the practice running smoothly and ensure high quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support administration daily
- Manage schedules and workflow
- Treatment Coordinating

Patient Experience

- Ensure smooth patient check-in/check-out experience
- Address patient concerns
- Maintain welcoming environment

Office Operations

- Coordinate appointments and provider schedules
- Monitor practice productivty and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations and safety protocols

Billing & Insurance

- Oversee insurance claims and billing
- Verify coverage and treatment estimates
- Manage accounts receivable





Administrative Duties

- Maintain patient records
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with financial reporting (KPI's)

Requirements :

- 3-5 years in a dental practice
- Experience with Tracker software
- Knowledge of insurance billing and treatment coordination
- Effective leadership and communication
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, or Senior Administration.

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
