Role Description

TYG Training Downtown Calgary is looking for a confident, high-energy, sales-driven person to join our front-of-house team part-time. This role is for someone who is solid with people, sharp on follow-up, comfortable on social media, and motivated by helping grow a business through sales, service, and community.

This is not a passive front desk job. The right person will create a strong first impression, keep the front of the studio running smoothly, follow up with leads consistently, and confidently help turn interest into memberships.

Responsibilities :

- Welcome members and guests and create a high-level front-of-house experience.
- Book intro appointments, studio tours, and trial sessions.
- Have confident sales conversations and close memberships.
- Manage check-ins, front desk flow, schedule questions, and general studio presentation.




- Build relationships with members and help new people feel comfortable right away.
- Create simple, on-brand social media content including stories, posts, member wins, and studio highlights.
- Help keep the space clean, organized, and running well during each shift.

Qualifications :

- Strong people skills and confidence in conversation.
- Sales-minded and comfortable asking for the sale.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive.
- Comfortable with Instagram stories, basic content capture, and posting.
- Excited by fitness, community, and being part of a growing studio.
- Previous sales, customer service, front desk, hospitality, or fitness studio experience is an asset.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
