Homa is looking for a driven and professional Commercial Sales & Account Manager to help grow our customer base in Ottawa and Gatineau.
This is not a typical sales job. You will own client relationships from first contact all the way to final payment.
What You’ll Do
- Take care of incoming leads in the pipeline
- Communicate with marketing team for facebook ad modifications
- Meet with property managers and building owners
- Prepare quotes and close deals
- Schedule jobs
- Follow projects through completion
- Maintain client relationships
- Assist with collections and follow-ups
- Work closely with operations and management
- $55,000 base salary
- Uncapped commissions

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual, french and english (non negotiable, we work heavily in Quebec and Ontario)
- Confident and professional
- Organized and self-motivated
- Sales experience is an asset
- Construction or property management knowledge is a plus
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
