Job Description - Inside Sales Reservations Agent

Canada’s top name in luxury rentals is looking for a Reservations Agent

to join our growing and agile team. Jayne’s Luxury Rentals is a full service

Luxury Property Rental Agency with over 300 properties in the Muskoka, Collingwood,

Haliburton and Toronto areas and has recently been named one of “Canada’s Top

Growing Companies” by Globe & Mail Report on Business. Working directly with

our guests and owners, the Reservations Agent is the first person our guests

interact with and will set the tone for a memorable stay.

- What You'll be Doing: _
- Becoming familiar with Jayne’s portfolio to provide quick and accurate recommendations to guests
- Managing incoming reservation requests and matching prospective guests with the ideal property
- Providing owners with comprehensive details of prospective guests, fielding any

questions from owners and seeking final approval to proceed with rental

- Calculating commissions based on total rental rates
- Preparing and sending rental agreements
- Maintaining an updated CRM sales pipeline, producing a monthly sales forecast report
- Updating our PMS system with accurate and updated details regarding our guest, owner, and property details




- Collaborating with internal team members and owners directly to ensure property

availability is accurate and updated

- Working with the Concierge team to anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations to enhance guest stay
- Assisting operational teams with ad hoc requests as necessary

- Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Muskoka/Collingwood/Mulmur/Haliburton areas is an asset
- Essentials:_
- Valid G license with reliable transportation, as travel is required for this position
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
