Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information about different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.

Duties :

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, effects, dosages, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
- Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and well-stocked

Skills :

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Excel for inventory management
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and train new team members




- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all customers
- Experience in retail sales or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to upsell products and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
