The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, bilingual Sales Executive who loves people and knows how to close. If you're passionate about luxury and want a role where your income reflects your effort — this is it.

What You'll Do

- Welcome and consult clients in-store, online, and by phone
- Present diamond, metal, and custom design options with confidence
- Close sales and follow up consistently (minimum 4 touchpoints per client)
- Coordinate orders and track production with our design team
- Participate in product and lifestyle video shoots
- Contribute to social media content and engagement
- Conduct monthly inventory checks
- Support VIP client relations and daily boutique operations

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of sales experience (luxury, retail, or high-ticket preferred)
- Bilingual: French & English (spoken and written)
- Confident, polished, and genuinely client-focused
- Comfortable on camera and with social media
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

Compensation

- Guaranteed base: $3,500/month — fully paid 4-week training included

- Tiered commission on gross profit :

- 3% on GP up to $30,000/month

- 4% on GP from $30,001-$50,000/month

- 5% on GP above $50,000/month

- Monthly performance bonus :

- GP $30,000-$39,999 → +$200

- GP $40,000-$49,999 → +$300

- GP $50,000-$69,999 → +$500

- GP $70,000-$89,999 → +$750

- GP $90,000-$99,999 → +$1,000

- GP $100,000-$124,999 → +$1,500

Your Trajectory

- Around $50,00-$60,000. You're building your client base, learning the product, and finding your rhythm. The guaranteed base is there to support you.
- Around $75,000-$90,000. Strong follow-up habits and a growing book of repeat clients drive your commissions up significantly.
- $100,000 and beyond. Referrals, high-value custom orders, and a loyal clientele put top performers in a category of their own. No cap.

Vos responsabilités

- Accueillir et conseiller les clients en boutique, en ligne et par téléphone
- Présenter les options de diamants, métaux et designs personnalisés
- Conclure les ventes et assurer un suivi sérieux (minimum 4 contacts par client)
- Coordonner les commandes avec l'équipe de design
- Participer aux tournages photo et vidéo
- Contribuer aux réseaux sociaux
- Effectuer la vérification d'inventaire mensuelle
- Appuyer les relations VIP et les opérations quotidiennes

Profil recherché

- 3+ ans d'expérience en vente (luxe, détail ou haute valeur, un atout)
- Bilingue : français & anglais (parlé et écrit)
- À l'aise, soigné(e) et centré(e) sur le client
- Confortable devant la caméra et sur les réseaux sociaux
- Organisé(e) et autonome

Rémunération

- Salaire de base garanti : 3 500 $/mois — formation rémunérée de 4 semaines incluse

- Commissions progressives sur bénéfices bruts :

- 3 % sur GP jusqu'à 30 000 $/mois

- 4 % sur GP de 30 001 $ à 50 000 $/mois

- 5 % sur GP au-delà de 50 000 $/mois

- GP 30 000 $-39 999 $ → +200 $

- GP 40 000 $-49 999 $ → +300 $

- GP 50 000 $-69 999 $ → +500 $

- GP 70 000 $-89 999 $ → +750 $
