Overview

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling and suggestive selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and processing returns or exchanges
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment

Skills

- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in retail sales,



technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for transactions, pricing, and inventory counts
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features
- Upselling techniques to increase sales volume while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels

Pay: $16.10-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
