Door-to-Door Lead Generator (Full time / Part-Time)

We’re looking for 1-2 motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generators.

This is NOT a typical sales job. Your role is simply to start conversations with homeowners and book estimates for our painting team—no closing required.

What you’ll be doing :

- Working in residential neighbourhoods, speaking with homeowners
- Generating and qualifying leads for interior/exterior painting projects
- Booking estimate appointments for our team

What we’re looking for :

- Confident, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking to new people
- Reliable and coachable
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus

Compensation :

- Hourly base pay
- Bonuses for estimates booked




- Additional bonuses for jobs completed from your leads

Hours :

- 20-35 hours per week available
- Flexible scheduling (afternoons/evenings/weekends)
