Drive Amazon Web Services Canada’s operating rhythm through AI adoption, executive briefings, and cross-organizational mechanisms. This role is based in Toronto. As Business Operations Lead, you own the Canada business operating model for the Managing Director and senior leadership team. You will run leadership forums, develop business documents, and influence decisions through data-driven insights. The work spans Salesforce automation, forecasting, revenue reporting, account plans, and AI-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Run weekly senior leadership meetings and briefings Manage newsletters, Top Deals, and Monthly Business Reviews Coordinate quarterly offsites and all-Canada town halls Drive internal AI adoption and account plan completion Define forums, decisions,



and cross-organizational mechanisms Requirements:

Develop and implement CRM, compensation, reporting, or forecasting systems Analyze complex data into actionable deliverables and presentations Define and implement sales processes, procedures, or policies Lead sales operations for large, geographically distributed technology organizations Demonstrate solid financial, analytical, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills Bring operating-model ownership, executive influence, AI judgment, and analytical expertise to Amazon Web Services Canada in Toronto.
