Key Responsibilities

- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for fasteners and related products
- Communicate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Support sales and purchasing teams with product and customer information
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product data in the system
- Provide general office support

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous inside sales experience preferred
- Experience in industrial, construction, or fastener distribution is a strong asset
- Comfortable using computers and learning ERP / inventory systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
