Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, and the narrative during client calls. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA and pipeline, and deliver the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with explicit storytelling on results.
