Sales & Business Development Manager - Event Rentals

Confetti Creative Celebrations Ltd. is a well-established event rental company serving the Lower Mainland since 1990. We provide tents, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, and event equipment for weddings, corporate events, and community functions.

We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and drive new revenue opportunities.

The Role

This role is focused on generating new business and building long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and helping grow the business—especially during off-peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outreach and relationship building
- Develop partnerships with venues, planners, and corporate clients
- Manage incoming inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Identify and pursue off-season opportunities




- Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Support marketing efforts (social media, online presence)
- Track leads and sales activity using a CRM system

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities
- Comfortable working independently

Compensation

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Commission on new business
- Total earning potential: $75,000+
