Overview

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and complete daily responsibilities
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via digital channels

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment




- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout work day
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the têxtile and industrial thread industries is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency with common business software such as Microsoft office
- Must have vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in upselling techniques and sales strategies is advantageous

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
