In this team lead role, you’ll provide critical HR services while guiding a team of HR Service Centre Coordinators. Requirements: • 3-5 years in HR Operations or similar support roles • Experience in a leadership position or coaching capacity • Strong customer service and communication skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with HR systems and case management
