Mountain Man Ice Cream is looking for a Store Manager / Operator to take full ownership of our shop for the 2026 season.

This is a full-time seasonal role starting May 17 and running through the end of the summer season (approximately September, weather dependent).

We’re not just looking for someone to manage shifts — we’re looking for someone who wants to run the show, lead a team, and take pride in operating a clean, organized, and high-performing shop.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Hiring, training, and leading your team
- Building and managing weekly schedules
- Running day-to-day operations independently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented shop at all times
- Ensuring staff stay on task, productive, and accountable throughout their shifts
- Setting and enforcing standards for cleanliness, organization, and customer service
- Managing inventory and keeping back-of-house organized and efficient
- Handling cashouts, reporting, and daily oversight
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience
