The Mechanical Maintenance Contractor will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and inspecting a variety of residential and commercial mechanical systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain:
- Furnaces
- Air Conditioning systems
- Water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Sump pumps
- HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) systems
- Backflow prevention systems
- Electrical panels
- Perform thermal scans of homes and buildings
- Conduct drone roof inspections
- Identify maintenance needs and recommend solutions
- Complete service documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience servicing HVAC and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of electrical panels and general residential systems
- Experience with thermal imaging (preferred)
- Drone operation experience (preferred, training can be provided)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
