What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide information about services, accounts, and processes
- Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Follow call scripts, procedures, and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Authorized to work in Canada
