Purpose : Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, Admissions and Student Services the Student Services Assistant role delivers a high-quality standard of customer service in a front-line role responding to the needs of Undergraduate Student Services visitors. The Student Services Assistant also provides general office support.

Education : High-school diploma.

Experience : Two (2) years recent, related work experience in a post-secondary institution including providing front-line customer service to prospective and current students. Experience must include explaining academic admission and program requirements, policies, and legislation, using a computerized student information system and processing academic documents

Skills : Additional Notes : Additionally, being reliable and punctual are requirements in this role.
