Job Summary

Duties

- Managing and supervising the staff
- Hire and train new employees
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, body work, and parts replacement. Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery to ensure a spotless finish.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve clarity and shine.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may require attention before delivery to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.

Skills

- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.




- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques suitable for different vehicle types.
