Job Summary

New Era Electronics is a distributor and system integrator of Industrial Computers. We have been in business for over 20 years, have a competent sales staff who know their product, and a technical team that specializes in the design and assembly of embedded computers and embedded computing components. Our customers are Industrial OEMs and fall into several different industries such as Military, Medical, Digital Signage, and Industrial Automation.

We are seeking a organized and results-driven Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, constructing detailed technical proposals, and helping to guide the project step-by-step through its lifecycle. Through this process you will work closely with both the Sales Team and Production Team.

This job includes commission as well as salary.

Duties

- Work with customers and outside sales representatives to construct technical proposals that fit the customer's specific requirements
- Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions and track the lifecycle of each project being worked on.
- Work with our vendors to find cost effective and compatible products to construct a Bill of Materials, along with landed cost, so that the Sales Team may quote effectively




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and follow up with inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to enhance service strategies.

Experience

- Proven experience in technical B2B preferred.
- Solid background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical concepts is advantageous.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and service customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
