Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or product selections
- Operate cash registers and handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure attractive displays
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and light maintenance tasks
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and signage
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and product rotation
- Use forklifts when necessary for moving heavy or bulk items (training provided)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the store environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks

Experience

- Prior retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided




- Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and store cleanliness efficiently
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and perform light maintenance tasks
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
