Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and payment handling
- Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions
- Prepare and serve food items, ensuring food safety standards are maintained
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling orders and maintaining cleanliness in food areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including counters and equipment
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills
- Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Experience





- Previous experience in the food industry or food service environment preferred
- Barista experience or serving background is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Experience in cashiering, food handling certificate is required, and basic math skills required
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $17.60 per hour
