Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processor to join our agile team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This position offers an opportunity to work within a quick-paced environment that values precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

- Daily efforts are focused on processing paperwork and preparing work orders for production
- Taking customer service calls and capturing/addressing inquires
- Assisting with LTL and UPS shipments
- Back up assistance for processing department, help with overloads as needed
