Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions through effective communication.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential client opportunities and assisting in outreach efforts.
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach through sales efforts.
- Participate in marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via digital channels.
- Support technical sales processes by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements :





- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of outside sales, negotiation, and account management principles.
- Interest or experience in business development, marketing, or technology sales preferred.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.
- Prior experience or knowledge related to B2B sales, technical sales, or customer service is a plus but not required. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of sales and customer relations while fostering qualified growth within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $37,906.14-$66,260.73 per year
