Boardwalk Entertainment is looking for energetic and outgoing Arcade Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. Our hosts play an important role in creating an exceptional entertainment experience for every guest who visits Boardwalk.

Must will willing to work most weekends.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Encouraging guests to participate in games by demonstrating game play and creating a fun, exciting atmosphere.
- Assisting guests with understanding how games work and helping them get the most out of their gaming experience.
- Promoting arcade play, prizes, and retail items.
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of games and arcade stations.




- Ensuring games are functioning properly and reporting any technical issues.
- Assisting with prize counter operations and restocking merchandise.
- Answering guest questions and providing information about pricing, promotions, and events.
- Delivering exceptional guest service at all times.
- Assisting with set-up and tear-down for parties, functions, and special events.

Qualifications : This role may be a great fit if you:

- Enjoy working with people and creating a fun environment
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Are dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Are legally able to work in Canada
- Are of legal age to work in a licensed venue (if applicable)

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6.0 per week

Work Location: In person
