About the Position : ATS Traffic is currently looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our Sales department in Calgary, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking for their first experience working within a professional setting!
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to Sales Team and their various account portfolios
- Assist Estimating team on all large tenders
- Manage portfolio of small/medium accounts - 500k plus
- Manage and track all opportunities through CRM
- Build and develop personal relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to determine customer needs and opportunities for sales
- Provide prompt response to customers regarding products, pricing and availability
- Use resources to develop value added solutions for clients
- Demonstrate superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills day to day
Qualifications :
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
- Experience using Sales Pad and TCR is an asset.
- Previous experience working in the traffic control/construction industry is an asset.
- Post-secondary and/or customer service training courses are an asset.
- Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
