Your Role(s) : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers warmly and professionally over the phone.
- Guide customers through the repair/ booking process.
- Schedule appointments and manage repair bookings.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians.
- Provide updates to customers on repair/ appointment status as required.
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and file processing.
- Reconcile supplier invoices to monthly statements.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office workplace.
- Keep shop inventory levels manageable and current.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring :

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive or collision industry an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Protractor or other shop management software is an asset.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving records.

Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
