Guest Service Attendant (Full‑Time & Part‑Time) - Petro‑Pass Truck Stop

Responsibilities :

- Greet and assist truck drivers, travelers, and customers, helping them find products and answering questions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including lottery terminals, process payments, handle cash and fuel cards, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, washrooms, showers, fueling areas, and merchandise displays to standards.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise, and assist with setting up displays.
- Assist customers with pump issues or questions related to fuel cards and services.
- Provide product information, recommend suitable items, and always deliver excellent customer service.
- Support daily operations, work collaboratively as part of a team, and help with general tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

- Experience in retail, gas station, convenience store, or similar customer-facing setting is an asset.




- Strong customer service and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities considered an advantage.
- Proficient in sales techniques, cash handling, POS systems, and basic math for accurate transactions.
- Comfortable with cleaning duties, maintaining high standards, and staying organized.
- Reliable, punctual, able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with retail sales strategies and merchandising practices

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
