Responsibilities

- Fulfilling online and in person orders
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer information and interactions in the company database
- Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements :

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles with strong communication skills
- Solid data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information quickly and effectively to resolve issues and recommend solutions
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Drivers license and vehicle to get to work as there is no public transit to the farm.

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
