We are currently hiring for the position of : Front Counter Service - Parts Specialist/Sales

Midbec Ltd : We stock thousands of Appliance parts, H-VAC parts and equipment with 8 branches spread across Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

Our goal is to offer quality products at competitive prices. We ship product to various clients all over the Atlantic provinces.

The Position : We’re looking to hire a Front Counter Parts Clerk for our Moncton Location.

Assist clients with part inquiries, process orders and maintain workspace.

We are offering full time hours. The position shift is: Monday To Friday 8AM to 530PM and every other Saturday from 9am till noon.

(88 hours Bi-Weekly)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Assisting clients in person or over the phone
- Gather information, navigate systems to acquire part information, process orders and invoice products
- Route goods to appropriate locations and sales orders throughout the building
- Maintaining your workspace, and assist co-workers and customers
- Enter information into a computer and access critical information when needed
- Keep detailed notes on each transaction
- Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with clients
- Assist customers with placing orders and product inquires
- Other light work duties around the building

Requirements:



Applicant should have the following qualities

- Must have excellent basic computer skills: Typing and Navigation

- Must have great customer service skills - In person and over the phone

- Must have strong attention to detail

- Must have reliable transportation - Shift start is 8AM

- Must be a team player, personable, reliable and willing to learn

- Ability to work independently with repetitive tasks

- Ability to multi-task and handle pressured situations and deadlines

Application question(s):

- Your work hours will be from 8AM to 530PM, also you will be scheduled to work every other Saturday morning for 3 hours (9am to noon) with a teammate. This provides 88 hours bi-weekly. We are looking for someone that wants to work and is able to meet the shift requirements. Will there be an issue that may arise where cannot be here for 8am?
