Job Overview : As an Order Entry/Customer Associate for our pressure washing company, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing service requests, and providing exceptional customer support. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, field technicians, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities : Order Entry & Processing:

- Accurately enter and confirm customer orders into the company’s system.
- Schedule pressure washing services based on availability and customer preferences.

Customer Service & Support:

- Assist customers with service questions, pricing, and scheduling.

Coordination & Communication:

- Liaise between customers, sales teams, and field technicians to ensure smooth service execution.




- Notify customers of scheduling changes, delays, or confirmations.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.92-$25.86 per hour
