Support outpatient medication dispensing at Oak Valley Health through prescription filling, data entry, and patient-focused pharmacy service. Work day and evening shifts Monday through Sunday.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will assist licensed Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists in a rapid-paced outpatient pharmacy. The work includes customer service, claims coordination, recordkeeping, inventory support, and medication preparation. You may prepare compounds after completing delegation from a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and respond to patient inquiries
- Enter data and coordinate third party claims
- Fill prescriptions and prepare blister pack medications
- Manage inventory, orders, deliveries, and expiry dates




- Maintain equipment and complete cashier duties

Requirements:
- Minimum two years retail pharmacy experience in Ontario
- Recognized college level Pharmacy Technician program completion
- Proficient computer skills; Kroll experience is an asset
- Previous third party claims handling experience
- Availability for rotating day and evening shifts
