Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Process purchases using the POS system and manage cash transactions accurately
- Recommend products and highlight current promotions to increase sales
- Keep shelves, displays, and work areas clean and well-maintained
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization
- Support basic food preparation and kitchen tasks when required
- Respond to customer questions both in-store and over the phone
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
- Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and basic calculations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours




- Good organizational and time management skills
- Capable of working both independently and within a team
- Dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

- ProServe certification
- Experience with food handling or preparation
- Knowledge of multiple languages
