Overview

Duties

- Operate POS systems accurately, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and professional service
- Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station and dining area in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Support food preparation and serving staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet health and safety regulations

Requirements :

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred, including cashiering and serving roles
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable




- Robust customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary
