- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders efficiently
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier station and surrounding areas
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and improve service flow
- Support team members with additional duties such as stocking supplies or cleaning tables when necessary
Requirements :
- Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems,
particularly Micros POS, is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work full time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
