Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of food items according to health regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light menu items as needed
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods through excellent time management skills

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable




- Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in serving quality products
- Basic understanding of food preparation and serving techniques

Pay: $17.20-$27.67 per hour
