Overview

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and securely
- Provide product information and demonstrations when needed, including technical sales or upselling items
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and product placement

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus




- Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing cash drawers
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled appearance with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if required
