The Eye Studio is seeking a new team member!

While the primary focus of this role is optical dispensing and helping patients select eyewear, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn and assist in other areas of the clinic when needed, including reception duties and preliminary testing. Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear recommendations
- Take accurate measurements for eyewear orders
- Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyewear as needed
- Educate patients on lens technologies and eyewear products
- Process optical orders and coordinate with optical laboratories
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
- Assist with reception duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and patient check-in/check-out when needed
- Perform preliminary testing for eye examinations after appropriate training




- Support the team in maintaining efficient clinic operations

Education and Requirements :

- Licensed Optician, Optician Apprentice, or optical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
