We are looking to acquire a Receptionist to join our North location immediately. If you are an excellent communicator, hard worker, team player, passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service, and want to build up your career in the Auto repair industry, APPLY NOW!

Tasks/Responsibilities :

- Provide high-quality and prompt customer service
- Oversee preliminary customer inquiries and respond in a professional and timely manner
- Handle phone calls, book appointment, open work orders, and enjoy data entry
- Collect payment from the customer
- Meet daily timelines on specific administrative tasks
- Tasks requiring robust time management skills and a sharp attention to detail




- Maintain cleanliness of Front desk and organization of files/paperwork.
- Other basic office duties assigned by management

Required Requirements (MUST HAVE) :

- Excellent skills in: communication, time management, organization, customer service, and on Microsoft office programs.
- Individual who can be a team player but also work well independently and without a large amount of supervision
- Basic educational requirements include a high school diploma
- Enjoy talking to customers/clients through the phone and in person
- Valid Driver’s License
- Prior reception experience or customer service experience

Other Requirements (Preference Given) :

- Experience with SummitCSR Program,Audatex and Mitchell
- Experience in the Automotive/Auto Body Business
- Looking for long-term employment
