Lead Food + Beverage operations at The Drake Hotel through service excellence, revenue growth, and disciplined expense management. This role requires strong hospitality leadership. The Restaurant General Manager oversees the department’s overall success across front and back of house operations. You will partner with the Hotel General Manager, Executive Chef, and restaurant teams on menus, events, programming, and service. Reservation systems, point of sale, and fiscal responsibility are central to this position. Key Responsibilities:

Champion service excellence, training, accountability, and feedback Drive revenue while managing labour, inventory, and expenses Coordinate menus, events, programming, and brand partnerships Monitor guest satisfaction, product quality,



and reservation accuracy Enforce safety, cleanliness, operational, and regulatory standards Requirements:

Minimum seven years progressive fine or casual dining experience High-volume operations management experience Reservation systems, events, and large-party booking experience Smart Serve certification and solid communication skills Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays Bring hospitality leadership, operational discipline, and Food + Beverage expertise to The Drake Hotel’s restaurant operations.
