We are seeking a

Senior Software Developer

with strong technical leadership and hands‑on experience in enterprise application development, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, Java, React, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Agile development teams, designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, implementing CRM and case management systems, developing APIs and cloud‑based integrations, and establishing CI/CD pipelines and development best practices. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support end‑to‑end solution delivery, modernization, and continuous improvement.

Must Have

Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience, including Java and React.

Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including enterprise application delivery in the technical skills mentioned in this job description.

Experience delivering CRM, Customer Service, or Case Management solutions.

Experience designing, developing, and implementing permitting,



licensing, registration, inspection, compliance, or case management solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.

Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.

Robust expertise in Dataverse, including data modelling, security, and integration.

Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud‑based architectures.

Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.

Proficiency with .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs.

Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.

Must have the following technical skills:

Nice to Have

Prior Ontario Public Service (OPS) or public‑sector experience.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.

Lead by example as a hands‑on contributor while enabling team success and delivery excellence.

Perform code reviews and establish development standards, security controls, and best practices.

Coach and mentor developers, supporting their technical and professional growth.

Act as a subject matter expert and ensure effective transfer of solution‑critical knowledge.

Solution Architecture & Design

Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions using both out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and custom development.

Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.

Develop architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs.

Define technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and solution deployment strategies.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Development & Delivery

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to refine and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Develop detailed technical designs, sprint plans, and work breakdown structures within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, plugins, and integrations.

Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.

Lead functional workstreams and coordinate activities across developers, testers, business SMEs, and project teams.

Support application deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.

Integration & Cloud Services

Design and implement integrations using Azure services and enterprise integration patterns.
