Lead employment tax and global payroll advisory for Vialto in a hybrid Canadian role, using compliance expertise and stakeholder management. As Manager, Employment Tax and Global Mobility Payroll, you will advise multinational clients on Canadian and international requirements. Your work covers employment tax, social security, shadow payroll, and global payroll compliance. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, mobility, finance, and tax stakeholders to manage risk and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Advise multinational clients on employment tax, payroll, and social security Assess withholding, reporting, remittance, and compliance obligations Oversee shadow payroll and employer reporting services Manage client engagements, inquiries, escalations,



and stakeholder communications Coach associates and support technical training initiatives Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related fields Five-plus years in employment tax, payroll, or related advisory services Solid knowledge of Canadian and Quebec payroll requirements Experience supporting multinational and internationally mobile workforces Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Apply employment tax, payroll compliance, and advisory expertise while supporting Vialto’s global workforce solutions practice.
