Answering incoming service customer calls in a friendly and professional manner, booking service appointment dates and times with each incoming call. Promptly greet customers in a friendly and professional manner in person as they enter the service department. Make outbound calls to customers that are due for a service appointment. Provide back-up coverage to reception desk when needed. Complete administrative tasks as assigned.

Shifts Required

- every other Tuesday evening from 4-8p
- every other Saturday from 11:00a-5p.
- chance to pick up additional shifts when others need time off

Compensation

This position is compensated $17.20 per hour.
