We are currently looking for a positive, professional, skilled, and friendly individual with drive to join our team at Therapeutic Body Concepts!
This position is a part-time position with 20-30 hrs per week (possibility for more hours if you are flexible and can pickup shifts at our other locations)
Duties include :
- Answering phones
- Customer Service
- First point of contact for new and existing clientele
- Billing Insurance Companies
- Booking appointments and reminder calls
- Laundry and cleaning, tiding the main clinic space
- Money handling
- Billing and invoicing
- Motor Vehicle Accident Account management
- Direct Billing Experience Ex: Telus-Health, Blue cross, Green shield, Medavie, Claims Exchange, Manitoba Blue Cross, ect. _
- Experience in customer service at least 1-2 years
- Jane booking software experience is not required but is preferred.
- Vehicle or access to reliable transportation to work between clinic locations
